This eclipse takes place September 13, 2015, at 20 degrees Virgo 10 minutes. As far as viewing is concerned, this eclipse will provide a very limited viewing area as the chart below suggests:

Big Earthquake Possible?

The advanced Uranian formulas that indicate the likelihood for an earthquake are:

Below is the basic astrology chart for the solar eclipse. I selected New York since it is the financial center of the U.S., and my reason for this is that we are starting to see the negative effects of a recent B.R.I.C.S. monetary policy creep into the financial establishment of New York. This monetary policy concerns the declared allowance of a monetary swap between B.R.I.C.S. members Russia and China with the Russian Ruble And Chinese Yuan, and no use of the U.S. dollar whatsoever in this swap.  This is going to have a bad effect on the New York Stock Exchange and the Federal Reserve, as there are now "new kids on the block" who are not "up to their eyeballs in debt."

The Federal Reserve And The September 2015 Partial Solar Eclipse

The square between transiting Uranus and the Fed's Mars (in dark blue) could indicate a sharp conflict taking place that may lead to "an accident" or "injury" between the Fed and other financial agencies or powers.  This is especially true with other branches of the Federal Reserve, as the Dallas branch and Kansas City branch of the Federal Reserve do appear to be in conflict with the New York branch over interpretation of data at this time. This may be why we had the recent drop in the stock market; the Dallas and Kansas City branches may have been arguing against planned monetary policy with the other branches.

The light green-colored opposition between the Virgo eclipse (in the 3rd house) with the Fed's North Node (in the 9th house) could indicate a dispute with a foreign connection or associate, and technology (represented by transiting Chiron in conjunction with the Fed's North Node) may also be involved in the debate or dispute.

The orange quincux between transiting Pluto in the sixth house with the Fed's Saturn in the eleventh is a "slight depression" or "a time of slight sadness."

A basic definition of "all the above" interprets this eclipse as indicating a time of medium stress for the Federal Reserve for the month of September of 2015.

 The N.Y.S.E. And The September 2015 Partial Solar Eclipse

Of particular concern is the conjunction of transiting Uranus with the N.Y.S.E. Moon placement (drawn in dark blue, in the 10th house) forming a quincux with the solar eclipse going on in Virgo. This could represent great tension among personnel at the N.Y.S.E.

Another source of tension about money (2nd house related) is the pink opposition between transiting Mars in the 2nd house with the N.Y.S.E. Pluto in the 8th house. This may represent hard "trade-offs" (opposition) among the "secretive people in power" (Pluto in the eight) over "actions that need to be taken" (Mars in the 2nd house). 

The orange square between transiting Mercury in the 4th house with the N.Y.S.E. Chiron (in the 12th) could indicate a big conflict with technology, or how technology is used to handle the trading that takes place at the N.Y.S.E.

BUT WILL THIS TENSION IN SEPTEMBER BE SUFFICIENT TO CREATE THIS INCREDIBLE SELL-OFF THAT LEADS TO A MAJOR DEPRESSION THAT SO MANY PEOPLE ARE CURRENTLY PREDICTING FOR 2015 ????

Probably not, since it has been my experience (since 1985) that major panics always occur after bullish consensus numbers exceed excessive levels, usually due to "financial bubbles" (usually created by the Federal Reserve) getting pricked and deflated in some way. The silver panic in 2011 featured an incredible jump of silver from $25 to $49 in as little as three months, and with bullish consensus numbers greater than 90% a month before the sell-off.  And we don't see these numbers with the current sentiment of the N.Y.S.E. traders in terms of bullishness percentages at this time, so I say no to the possibility of a financial cataclysm at this time.

There is nothing logical about the stock market. If there was, then anyone could make money with it.
