Below is the Full Moon for 5:45 PM, EST, November 25, 2015. I selected Washington D.C., and this proved to be a wise and lucky selection since the Ascendant (eastern horizon point) and the Midheaven (sky position directly above) are very close to equality with the A.F.A. horoscope chart of the United States that I use:
The chart below features the stars in conjunction with important points of the zodiac:
This November Full Moon could define 2015 closing out with a lot of conflict, frustration, and hard choices arising from the lower and middle income classes. The November Full Moon may define a possibility of a majority of the public facing possible financial shortfalls this next month, and this may be due to government actions defining restrictions or movement of wealth into non-public or very selective areas, as well as restrictions of wealth or movement of wealth out of areas that benefit the public in some way.
This possibility is due to the Moon conjunction with the star of Mirfak ("the public") forming a 180 degree opposition ("trade-offs and hard choices") with the Sun ("the focus of attention"), and the Sun is in conjunction with the star of Akrab (also known as The Crown of the Scorpion). The Crown of the Scorpion is strongly related to high level theft and materialism (as well as transitory wealth), and this November 2015 Full Moon may hence represent "the public engaged with trade-offs and hard choices related to financial inequities and financial trade-offs."
Saturn Square Neptune may represent "government restrictions" (Saturn) forming a "sharp conflict" (Square) with "beliefs, disappointments, and deception" (Neptune). Saturn in the 6th house ("health care service, military services, trade unions") may be defined as "restrictions in labor, health care services, or military services." Neptune in the 10th house ("the president, those in charge, and their overall reputation") represents "deception and disappointments from the president and those in charge." Hence, this Saturn Square Neptune taking place over the next month may represent "deception and disappointments from the president and those in charge in regards to restrictions imposed concerning labor, health care services, or military services." With Neptune conjunct the star of Sadalachbia ("success in ventures or fertile pastures"), this Saturn Square Neptune transit adds more weight that the next month may define a time of public dissonance and conflict with the government over financial-related areas.
The star of Gienah ("The Swan's Wing") is very close to being directly overhead. This star can represent "soaring to great heights" AND "crashing from great heights." This is a hard call, but I noticed that there is some connotation of this star with aviation, so there is potential for a major aviation event of some kind as 2015 closes out.
The star of Hoedus II ("The Kids Head") is rising, and this is what astrologer Manillius had to say about Hoedus II rising:
"The Kids display their quivering chins, promise to mankind of their shaggy backs at a later hour, on the right horizon where the north wind blows. Think not that hence is fashioned a product of severe mien, that hence are born stern-faced Catos (Cato the Censor), an inflexible Torquatus (who killed his son) and men to repeat the deed of Horatius (who killed his sister). Such a charge would be too much for the sign, nor does such greatness befit the frisking Kids, who rejoice in frivolity and stamp their young with a wanton breast. These abandon themselves to playful sport and nimble activity, and spend their youth in fickle loves. Though honor never inspires them to shed their blood, lust often drives them to do so, and their base desires cost even their lives; to perish thus is their least disgrace, since their triumph is a triumph of vice."
My interpretation with Hoedus II is one of "the gamblers secret desire to lose money" and "the love of vice regardless of the consequences." And because the Ascendant of this chart (in Washington D.C.) represents "the environment of Washington D.C.," there is a possibility of an expression of apathy and lack of empathy from the U.S. government regarding their actions in the environment. Because such actions near the end of the year are usually financially related, this may not define wise budgetary policy, especially if such policy affects the voters who put these apathetic individuals into office in the first place .
The North Node ("connections and associations") is in the 4th house and in conjunction with the star of Alkaid ("war, natural catastrophes, mourning"). There are no major aspects to the North Node, but because of the transit of the North Node through the sign of Virgo, there may be a strong possibility of excessive public attention into Virgo areas such as health care and food. There could be major public outcry over U.S. government policies involving health care and food as 2015 closes out, in addition to financial concerns.
Thanks for reading.
Love to all,
Malcolm
