Hillary Clinton was born on October 26, 1947, at 8:02 AM in Chicago, Illinois. She has a Sun in Scorpio and Scorpio Rising, with the planet Mercury in Scorpio going stationary near the Ascendant. The Ascendant is often called the Eastern Horizon Point or the Rising Point.

     BEFORE WE DO ANYTHING, WE MUST CONSIDER THE ACCURACY OF THE HOROSCOPE DATE, TIME, AND PLACE. This is because the Earth rotates one degree every four minutes, and this can make a HUGE difference in defining the Ascendant and the Midheaven. In the case of Hillary Clinton, this chart is a good one with regards to these aspects.

     The five personal points of the horoscope chart are the Ascendant, Midheaven, Sun, Moon, and North Node. These points are what one must try to look at first, and in that order. There may be astrology events on the horoscope that take special notice for priority, such as the conjunction of Uranus and Pluto in the the mid-1960's and the conjunction of Uranus and Neptune in the early 1990's. But always start with the personal points. You usually cannot go wrong with these five areas; I notice these are the most reliable points of the horoscope chart to look at first in order to make a sound interpretation and prediction.

Step One: The Ascendant

     I always like to start with analysis of the Ascendant first, especially if there are planets or luminaries forming important angles to the Ascendant. Hillary's Ascendant is 22 degrees Scorpio 07 minutes; her Mercury is 21 degrees Scorpio 23 minutes (and both are on the left hand side of the chart).

Both the Ascendant and Mercury are conjunct the star of Alpha Serpentis. Here is what my notes say about this star:

     The Ascendant represents "the environment," as well as the appearance. Clint Eastwood and Nicole Kidman have Scorpio Rising as well, and yes, there is the "look of the eagle" or the "look of the reptile" with this sign (depending on your perspective of the individual).

     The environmental aspect of the Ascendant has communications-ruling Mercury forming a strong conjunction (0 degrees) on it, and hence it is very probable that the lifetime of Hillary Clinton will feature much in terms of communications in the environment.

     Mercury and the Ascendant are in strong angle formations with two key zodiac points: the Moon in the 4th house (at 22 degrees Pisces 51 minutes) and Saturn in the 9th house (at 21 degrees Leo 18 minutes).

     The 4th house represents "the area where one conducts their business or personal matters;" the 9th house represents "the law, political philosophy, religion, long-distance travel, and relations with foreigners."

     Mercury and the Ascendant are forming a strong trine angle (120 degrees) to the Moon in the 4th house. Trines represent "harmony," and the Moon represents "the mother-figure, masses of people, women, and the inner personality that is not outwardly seen."  This indicates that Hillary Clinton will probably have "harmony at the home or business site with the masses or women via communications in the environment." Notice how I put together the trine, 4th house, the Moon, Mercury, and the Ascendant all in one sentence within that quoted interpretation (and also in that named order within the interpretation).

     Saturn represents "restrictions, government authorities, older people, and limitations." Saturn is forming a strong 90 degree square to this Mercury conjunct Ascendant combination. Squares represent "conflicts or disruptions with harmony," and hence this aspect of Mercury and the Ascendant forming a square with Saturn in the 9th house can be interpreted as Hillary also having "government authority, restrictions, or limitations affecting communications in the environment, and this may be due to conflicts related to the law, philosophy, religion, long-distance travel, or relations with foreigners." Notice how I put Saturn, Mercury, the Ascendant, and the 9th house all into that quoted interpretation (and again, in that named order).

Step Two: The Midheaven

     Now on to the Midheaven. The Midheaven represents "the reputation or the legacy of the individual" (or how the individual will be remembered after they are gone). The Midheaven is located at the designated arrow between the 9th and the 10th houses, and Hillary's Midheaven is 5 degrees Virgo 7 minutes. This is conjunct the star of Adula Borealis, and I know all about this star on my chart. Here is what my notes say:

     I have noticed that this star will give special confrontational advantages over others (depending on placement) for individuals who have this star in important positions on their charts. Michael Jackson was born with his Sun position in conjunction with this star, and he reportedly grabbed a big financial chunk of Sony (from an angry chief executive officer of Sony) via clever legal means before he mysteriously died.

     Hillary Clinton has no important aspects or angles of planets or luminaries forming with the Midheaven, so it is fair to say that her reputation or legacy may be defined as "quiet, prudent, suspicious, mistrustful; patient nature but great anger when roused."

     Next we look to see if there are any planets or luminaries high in the sky and near the Midheaven, as this will have an impact on the reputation or the legacy of the individual. Hillary has Saturn in the 9th house that is closest to the Midheaven, and this may have important consequences with politics and career. Hitler and JFK also had Saturn near the Midheaven, and this placement is noted for "spectacular rises in politics or business followed with spectacular falls in these areas." 

     Hence there is a strong possibility from an astrology perspective that Hillary Clinton will do well in politics and business, but she may be subject to possible disgrace (or worst) after such success. This is especially true if one accomplishes such success in an unlawful matter.

Step Three: The Sun

     Now onto the Sun. The Sun represents the general health and the outward expression of the individual. Like the Midheaven, Hillary's Sun is not forming any strong angles to any other points of the zodiac (and the semi-sextile aspect (30 degree angle) with Jupiter in the 1st house is very weak by my standards since it is greater than a two-degree orb).

     Hillary Clinton has the Sun in Scorpio in the 12th house, and the 12th house rules "service, confinement, deception, disappointments, and secret areas." The sign of Scorpio has a lot to do with "secrets," and hence there is a strong indication that the outward personality of Hillary Clinton is very reserved regarding expression of true intentions, and hence this defines her true nature as one that is very limited and secretive. It is also possible that she may be very uncomfortable talking about areas of a secretive nature pertaining to herself, and this may be due to disappointments that are 12th house related ("service, secrets").

     Hence I would interpret the outward personality of Hillary Clinton as "a personality that is limited in terms of expression of secretive areas, possibly due to areas that may involve disappointments or may have a deceptive nature." Again, notice how I put together the Sun and the house placement, as well as the sign placement.

     I usually like to assign interpretation of sign placement as a last priority, since sign meanings are very broad and hence nebulous and misleading. Sign interpretations are best used if a planet or luminary is unafflicted and not forming any key angles to any important points of the horoscope.

     Finally, Hillary's Sun is conjunct the star of Princeps. This is what my notes say about that star:

Step Four: The Moon

    The Moon was covered with Step One (the Ascendant interpretation). The Moon represents "the mother-figure, masses of people, women, and the inner personality that is not outwardly seen." But also note that the Moon is conjunct the star of Markab. This is what my notes say about this star:

     This star was high in the sky (and conjunct the North Node) during the Helter Skelter murders that involved Sharon Tate and Abigail Folger. This star may indicate Hillary to have involvement with "masses of people or women with honours and riches" but also "masses of people or women with legal problems, violence, stabs, or disgrace and ruin."

 Step Five: The North Node

     The North Node represents "connections (or separations) with others; unions or associations." Hillary Clinton has the North Node forming a strong semi-sextile angle with Uranus in the 8th house. The semi-sextile (30 degree angle) represents "minor stress," and Uranus in the 8th house is interpreted as "secret or unusual friends (especially if involved sexually or involved with the occult), surprising changes in financial position, shocking secrets, friends with histories of murdering others, or death via gunshot." Note that John Lennon had Uranus in the 8th house as well. 

I interpret this expression as Hillary Clinton "having connections of a stressful nature with others that involve secrecy, and these secrets pertain to sexuality, the occult, financial changes, and shocking secrets."

Note that the North Node is conjunct the star of Capulus. This is what my notes say about this star:
