Venus begins the "Quetzalcoatl Without A Spear" retrograde phase this Saturday, July 25, 2015. This phase will be from July 25, 2015, to August 14, 2015. Uranus will also go retrograde (within the next 24 hours) after Venus begins the retrograde phase.

Venus will begin its retrograde phase very close to the star of Regulus (or "Archangel Raphael"). Here are what my notes say about the star of Regulus:

One thing to notice with the chart above is the square between Uranus and Mars. Older schools of astrology define this as a "sudden action leading to an accident," but it's more like "actions that are bold and daring, and maybe too much bravado that leads to an accident."

Saturn in Scorpio will be in a square formation with retrograde Venus conjunct Regulus (within 2 degrees) and with Jupiter (exact). And because Saturn will be conjunct the star of Toliman (Alpha Centaruri), I define the square between Saturn and the Venus/Jupiter/Regulus conjunction as having a negative financial impact per news or market movement. This may classically define that "the punch bowl may get removed from the party" in some way.  Another possibility is "a cold slap in the face," especially in areas related to art, finance, commodities, entertainment, and gambling.

The Federal Reserve is an entity we may have to watch in terms of actions taking place near the end of the final two weeks of July 2015.  Note that the Mars Square Uranus formation will take place with Mars within 2.5 degrees of the Ascendant of the Federal Reserve. But also note that the majority of the 90 degree aspect (within thirty minutes) takes place on Saturday, which is an off-day.

August 14, 2015 to September 6, 2015

The "Quetzalcoatl With A Spear" phase (with Venus rising ahead of the Sun at sunrise during retrograde) will last from August 15, 2015 to September 6, 2015.

September 6, 2015

Note that the September 6, 2015 square between Uranus in retrograde (2015) and the Federal Reserve natal Mars (1913). It is a hot square, and may define a "bold and daring action" (and yes, it can result in accidents). This is especially true in the week that follows as this square starts to get really hot. This may be an event that turns out to be a lot of serious talk coming from the Fed, or an introduction of a serious action from the Fed.

With the opening of the BRICS bank, it is possible that we may start to see deflation. Oil is a principal asset source of many of the shareholders of BRICS, and the Federal Reserve shareholders may launch an attack on the price of oil (as this worked so well with the old Soviet Union).

Does this mean higher interest rates in the U.S.? Possibly. But it can also define wealth confiscation (as opposed to rewarding wealth) via the charging of a fee for maintaining a bank or checking account.  

Many people in the U.S. are now living paycheck to paycheck, and their credit card accounts are maxed out.  The raising of interest rates (or the charging of fees for maintaining a bank account) may hit middle class America very hard with 2015 closing. And it will benefit those running for president from "the opposing party," i.e. the Republicans (and further enhanced with Jupiter recently entering the U.S. fourth house, "the house of the opposing political party").

There is way too much publicity for Donald Trump, and he seems to be preaching similar messages that Ron Paul preached (and Ron Paul didn't receive a tenth of the publicity Trump is getting). This may further prove that Donald Trump is a mole for Hillary Clinton; he has donated money to her U.S. Senate campaign and to the Clinton Foundation. Trump may simply turn out to be a "flash in the pan;" real threats to the establishment do not get this amount of publicity.
