The Three Parts Of The Natal U.N. Chart To Take Notice Of At This Time
The most "amusing" component of this chart (in my opinion) is the EXACT conjunction of Venus ("relationships; harmony; one-on-one encounters") with Neptune ("deception; disappointments; service"), and both in the 6th house ("public health; military personnel; civil service; international criticism"). This indicates that the entity will feature much well-defined activity concerning deceptive relationships and disappointing agreements that concern international military organizations (possibly meant to "keep the peace") and international public health care organizations (possibly meant to "keep the planet healthy").
Please keep in mind that this conjunction is at the 7th degree of Libra, and this conjuncts China's natal Sun placement. More on this later.
Jupiter is at 12 degrees Libra 53 minutes, and in the 6th house. The Midheaven is located at 11 degrees Capricorn 9 minutes, between the 10th and 9th houses (look for the arrow). The Midheaven represents "the reputation or legacy of the entity," and is in a sharp conflicting 90 degree square formation with Jupiter ("good luck; long-distance travel; international people; expansion; international areas of law, philosophy, or religion") in the 6th house ("public health; military personnel; civil service; international criticism"). This indicates that the reputation of the U.N. will pretty much survive much in terms of attacks or major international criticism, especially in 6th house areas related to military and public health activities (and this may be unfortunate since the U.N. was a brainchild of the Rockefeller family and similar financiers who hate competition. Also note that U.N. headquarters is built on land donated by the Rockefeller family).
Please keep in mind that the United States has a natal Sun position at 12 degrees Cancer 45 minutes, which almost perfectly squares this U.N. Jupiter placement. More on this later.
The financial-based 2nd house conjunction of Uranus (17 degrees Gemini 2 minutes) with the Moon (21 degrees Gemini 36 minutes) indicates "surprising changes (Uranus) involving masses of people (the Moon) who are involved in financial activities (the 2nd house)."
The Midpoint of this conjunction is very close to 20 degrees Gemini, and this midpoint conjuncts the U.S. natal placement of Mars conjunct Ascendant ("aggressive activity in the environment; war in the environment"). More on this later, but you get the picture. The U.N. may be a creation designed to protect the U.S. financial position after WWII.
2015 Solar Return Of The United Nations
Uranus ("innovation; chaos; independence; aspirations") is circled in red above, and is rising and close to the Ascendant ("the environment; the physical appearance") at 20 degrees Aries 3 minutes. This strongly implies that the next year will probably feature much chaos at the U.N., as well as the U.N. trying to show a more independent appearance. This could indicate that the U.N. may be creating a situation (or situations) over the next year that defines "winners and losers," as opposed to "harmony with others."
Please take notice of the U.N.'s 2nd house conjunction of Uranus and the Moon. This conjunction is in a T-square formation with the Solar Return Mars in the 6th house and with Solar Return Chiron in the 12th house. This may indicate "military and/or public health activity or technology involved in conflict due to an international conflict arising out of financial areas in dispute."
Transformation (often through crisis) and metamorphosis- based Pluto has just entered the United Nations10th house of "goals, business trends, and the leadership of the entity." This strongly indicates that the reputation of the U.N. will undergo crisis and big changes over the next year. The 90 degree square with the U.N.'s natal Jupiter may add fuel to this crisis, and I think this will be either financially-based (due to the obsession with high-level criminals and their use of Jupiter for luck in financial matters) or related to internationally-based matters that currently concern much criticism (due to internationally-based Jupiter being placed in the criticism-based 6th house).
I strongly believe that this crisis will involve the United States, as the tri-wheel chart below suggests with the U.S. Solar placement fitting into this square between Pluto and the U.N.'s Jupiter (drawn in red, below):
Now let's look at the U.N.'s conjunction of Venus and Neptune in the U.N. 6th house. Circled in blue per Solar Return chart (above the tri-wheel chart above), the 150 degree quincux ("tension") between the Solar Return Neptune in the U.N.12th house ("secret matters; spies; hospitals; terrorism; agents of deception; conspiracies") with the natal U.N. conjunction of Venus and Neptune indicates "deceptive relationships and agreements" taking place over the next year at the U.N.
I strongly believe that this deceptive relationship or agreement may involve China due to China's natal Sun position forming a conjunction with the U.N. Venus conjunction Neptune placement and also in quincux formation with Neptune (drawn in red, below):

China has already been fooled once with the west crashing China's stock market almost IMMEDIATELY after China joined the B.R.I.C.S. banking organization. And there is an old expression:
"Fooled me once, shame on you. Fooled me twice, shame on me."
Finally, there is the role of Russia within this U.N. financial activity. Russia's natal Uranus ("innovation; chaos; independence; aspirations") is in conjunction with the 10th house Solar Return U.N. Pluto (circled in red below) and is also in a 120 degree trine formation ("harmony") with the U.N. Solar Return Venus (which is also in conjunction with Russia's lucky Jupiter). This may indicate some "success or harmony" (trine formation) with a "chaotic situation" at the U.N. (Uranus conjunction Pluto) regarding a "successful relationship" (Venus conjunction Jupiter):
Conclusion
I anticipate some big-time chaos at the United Nations over the next year, and this chaos will probably be related to areas concerning military activity, financial activity, and / or public health activity. The good news is that because of the massive 6th house line-up that took place with the Solar Return, I would anticipate that there will be much international criticism regarding actions initiated by the U.N., as such may create "winners and losers," as opposed to "harmony for all."
I personally believe that the United Nations is a scam that was created by people involved in high-level finance (similar to the Federal Reserve), as evident by the current dissonance between the U.S. and Europe over the formation of the B.R.I.C.S. financial organization that excludes the Federal Reserve and European banks. We have the U.S. and Europe threatening China and Russia via economic and military actions, and we have Wall Street and the CBOT performing paper financial manipulations that have been dropping the prices of commodities being used by these B.R.I.C.S. members. I would hence think that some sort of financial scam is secretly being planned among members of the United Nations that seeks to attack the B.R.I.C.S. organization in some sort of financial way, as this organization threatens the organizations responsible for the founding of the United Nations (who were financial institutions that did not like competition, and B.R.I.C.S. is bringing forth such competition).
The problem is that B.R.I.C.S. does not have a $19 trillion national debt or an influx of immigrants causing regional upheaval. Hence, we can probably see who the winner may be when the smoke and chaos clears (sorry to say). And yes, this is assuming we don't have mentally-ill people breaking out those brass keys that unlock those special computers.
