But not as a competitive game, but as a complement of the other.
In this way you concentrate on positive and high vibrating things and in this you will just attract more of this into your life. It isn’t so difficult to start with it.
Look at the beauty and simplicity of a flower, a rainbow or a cloud. I know, you will find more of that, my child.
You just need to look into a mirror to see a beautiful being.
