Most time unprovoked attacks take place by gangs of whites or blacks or asians on usually single people and vulnerable people and from that incident the victim begins to hate, holds a grudge, starts to keep away from a certain colour of people as being assaulted or abused by some.
Now it doesn't mean the person is racialist its just that the person the victim holds from past experience a hate for white, brown or black due to being assaulted by that colour.
Now there are hardened racialist who form gangs and attack other colour people just because they do not like the colour of their skin ..these are extremist racialist and you do find quiet a few.
Most attacks are carried out by two or more or gangs and mostly to show off, make fun, and feed their egos.
Example : an Asian man got assaulted by a group of black people just because of his colour ..he in turn becomes to hold a grudge against black people generally..he is not being racist but from past experience he just doesn't want anymore aggro from black people so try's to avoid them generally till his grudge and hate cools down and confidence and faith is recharged and then tolerates the colour that assaulted him in the first place.
