People these are most certainly emotionally challenging times.

I'm pleased to say that Frenzy and I appear to have patched up our differences off air.:)

AA Michael and I seeing eye to eye.

And  Dive Willpower and I have managed a handful of respectful posts to each other.

All very good stuff indeed.

Which just goes to show what is possible when people come together with the intention of peace.

So I don't want to do anything to upset what is positive step for the light.

Having said that I also feel it's appropriate that i give my observations in truth  with respect to what has transpired over the last week or so.

I do believe that if we are all going to move forward we need to start speaking the same language to each other.

And come to realize that we can't afford to push each other away when there are so few of us to do the work.

I don't claim to be aware of the political structure at work here.

It is why I've done my best to resist commenting about the details of such matters as far as possible.

What I do understand is a lot of the decisions have been made whilst in less than a clear headed stated.

They've been made form a place of fear if I can be frank.

This last week has been fraught with bouts of ascension insanity from all quarters.

It matters not that we are avatars, or walk ins or what ever other esoteric title we may carry.

We are still in human form.

Still going through the ascension process.

And still subject to human frailties.

If not more so than most because of the people we need to become to the job we are meant to do.

Those who are having the most difficult time of it at the moment are being prepared to carry the heaviest load.

So once again lets stop the finger pointing, take a step back from the madness, and realize that now more than ever we need each other.

As I've mentioned on more than one occasion, this site is the school of hard knocks.

You don't stick your head out and give an opinion unless you're prepared to take a flurry of left and rights. (are you listening Daryl)?

People on here have conviction in their truth.

Regardless of how true it may be.

And they are quick to let you know.

So if you want to know how well your truth stands up to scrutiny, this is the place to do it.

If it can survive this place, it can survive anywhere.

Clearly then, we need each other.

You can't replace the spiritual toughness and experience that you gain here with someone new.

It just isn't possible.

Not without a lot of time and effort.

Commodities that are apparently in short supply.

I see the dramatic personal changes for the better that people have made on here and it is so encouraging to see the potential that exists for humanity on the whole.

If you consider the state of this community a mere nine months ago. 

Peanuts in the overall scheme f things.

Anarchy reigned supreme

It was nigh on impossible to have a conversation based on intelligence without some troll bombing it with complete dribble.

And look at us now.

We've  co created  the changes on this site for the better.

Without any conscious effort.

All we've done is  focus at our own task at hand and the place transformed as a matter of course.

We did it.

Every single one of us.

And we done good. 

We've seen the ebb and flow of the energy here between happy and less happy times as we've gone through shifts in consciousness.

As we are doing now.

But the net result over time has been extremely positive.

So clearly, in spite of how things may appear at face value, we are all as a group doing something right.

We work well together.

We don't take shit from anyone.

And we are becoming more resolved in our respective and collective truth all the time.

The most important thing is, whether we recognize it or not, we are now able to impart this knowledge to the greater community.

Which is where the true work needs to be done.

In many ways this place is a tougher environment than the real world.

Because beyond surface details, people on here know better.

So if we can accomplish this in nine months on here, imagine what we can do in nine years out there.

With the spiritual integrity of communities such as this going forward and spreading messages of compassion with conviction, the bad guys won't see us coming.

They will be powerless to stop the momentum of love as it infiltrates the hearts and minds of the people.

Nine years may seem like a long time but in truth, it is peanuts when compared to the 2000 odd years of oppression we've allowed ourselves to be subject to.

Remember this, In spite of how things may seem, we are not behind schedule.

We are only just half way through the thirty six year window of the galactic alignment.

We've built our respective spiritual muscles in the treaclesque :p energies.of old.

And the now we are learning how to make the new energies work for us.

We cannot be anything other than bang on time.

it is the way of divine timing.

It has been said all along by the ascended, angelic and galactic realms that 2013 is a year of taking stock.

A year of full moons.

This is the our first experience of the new energy.

And it takes time to learn how to get the best out of it.

So I cannot agree with the assertion that we've run out of time.

That is three dimensional thinking trying to make sense of a quantum event in my humble opinion.

And to publicly chastise and sack member who are a part of an organization supposedly based in truth for not changing fast enough and lack of performance does not show the management of the organization in its best light.

Particularly when the leaders are clearly in a state of distress themselves.

It actually reeks of panic.

and a lack of sensitivity.

Shit rolls down hill.

And so it is in any organization.

If it is deemed necessary to sack the work force, then it is in the management and leadership where the problem lay.

Once again in my humble opinion.

Recruiting and training up a new work force to work as a cohesive team is no small task.

Particularly in matters as sophisticated as these are.

And i don't believe that the organization in question has the resources available at the moment to do this effectively.

If you haven't been able to demonstrate to the departing team what it is you require of them,

(And it is something you demonstrate by example.

Do as I do, not as I say.).

What makes you think you'll have any more joy with the new team.

What happens if these new people don't work out in six months, do you sack them as well and start over?

It can't, and doesn't work like that.

It is why the finger pointing, and blame, and taking the piss needs to end.

The changes you desire must begin and end with you.

How can we expect anyone in real world to take us seriously if we preach love and light.

Whilst at the same time we abuse our power and beat  them into spiritual submission.

We've already been though the crusades, witch hunts,and so on in the name of God.

It is now time for us to prepare for the most glorious of quests in the name of I AM.
