Well, not breaking, but far more convincing with scientific backing. The Mayans were so exact with their calculations that they were the closest in terms of decimals to the actual length of one year. Check out the different calculations:
They were charting the orbits of Venus and other planets thousand of years before they existed and even until our day.
Lastly the last count of the Mayan Calendar started on August 13 3114 B.C. and ends December 23rd 2012. I am more inclined to believe this as their is striking precision here and it resonates with me perfectly!

intuitively I personally feel 2012 is just the begging of a new age and the start of the human race becoming more enlightened. I also feel like the sense of time is going to fade allowing others to awaken at a "faster" rate so they can ascend into the 4th dimension.
agree its a process of transmutation, a leap in evolution.
Glad to see someone keeping up with Tolec. I have been keeping up with him for several months, but I wasn't sure if others were as well. He just added a new video on his site a few days ago :)
You should have bells of caution when listening to tolec.
Why is tolec and alex colliers descriptions of what the andromedans are capable of helping us with so different.
Tolec has them in with the GFL and willing to land and fix our problems. Alex has them saying that we have to grow up and fix our planet first before first contact.
This is the type of conflicting stories that should be sending your warning bells ringing about someone being a liar. What would you think if there were two press releases from your favorite sports team announcing upcoming trades, totally different lists, which list are you supposed to believe is the right one, and how will you really know until the trades are announced?
Same applies to the aliens, when we have totally conflicting tales about the exact same group then there are problems with somone's credibility.
I believe even if the ETs are willing to help we still need to learn to take personal responsibility for our own spiritual growth. Be careful over-generalizing and drawing conclusions off of partial data. Some of the Andromedans, for example, could personally believe one thing and relay this while the Federation they are apart of could have different opinions. It's a dynamic situation and I don't think the two descriptions are so different.
deadline for what? when your gregorian calendar ends on dec 31 does the world change dramatically on jan 1, no of course not. This doesnt show anything showing that the mayans believe this was a deadline. So far they have only said it is a new age, just like we have a new year.
not according to the pleiadians as they werre the ones that gave the knowledge to the mayas.
