- CAESAR’S MESSIAH DOCUMENTARY
Film Website
ABOUT
Based on the best-selling religious studies book by Joseph Atwill, this documentary shows that Jesus is not a historical figure, the events of Jesus’ life were based on a Roman military campaign, his supposed second coming refers to an event that already occurred, and the Gospels were written by a family of Caesars who left us documents to prove it.

It is wrong to think that bible is a single book. Yes, bible nowadays looks like a single book but actually it is several books sewed together. It was never a single book at the start, or should I say there was no bible. So those people who say 'show me other historical reference of Jesus other than the bible' are merely moving the goal post, naively thinking that bible is a single book. So as far as attesting to simple things like if a figure like Pilate, Paul or John The Baptist existed, the bible is quite reliable and we don't need another book to confirm. However, the accuracy of the detailed story around these figures is an entirely different issue. Here we have no reason to trust the bible. Did Jesus actually die on the cross? Was he born by a virgin? Was he a pacifist, all righteous and humble? Was he realy a son of God? These are the things we should question, not his existence. It is just like we can question whether JFK was realy killed via illuminist conspirators but we cannot question his existence.
The idea that a whole history can be fabricated and slipped into real history is far fetched. It requires a day when everybody was asleep and henceforth suffered frim amnesia! What if someone tries to say that there was another president of USA termed Santa after Washington? What will it happen? The answer is that though he may convince some few people, he will never fool everybody. So beginning right at that time, there will always be people who will oppose the idea of existence of Santa. However, in the case of Jesus, no historian, Roman, Jew or Greek questioned his existence. Infact no one ever questions this except, the modern man who is light years distant from the events, and his mind is hell bent on contradicting traditional religion than getting history correctly.
However, a detailed story like 'resurrection' can indead be slipped in bit by bit. Consequently, we see a rejection of it right at the beginning. Even the bible never tells us that everybody believed that Jesus indead resurrected. However, it hardly needs to speak as if some people did not believe that Jesus did not exist at all. So that resurrection story was an exaggeration by Christians is plausible. We tell this by noting that unlike Jesus's existence, it did not 'fool' everyone!
Unlike resurrection story, we see non-Christians and even enemies of christians, like Tacitus attests the existence of Jesus. Of course Tasitus believed that the detailed story around Jesus was a superstitious fabrication by Christians, but he believed that Jesus indead existed. This is significant because Tacitus leaved just 40 years or so after the alleged events. If Jesus did not exist, Tacitus will be like someone believing that an unknown US president existed in as resent as1980s!! What rationalization will you give for absence of knowledge of him? To make matters worse, the people who were eye witnesses are still alife!
