Throughout history Monks have been known develop healthy habits in fact the Asian race know about the physical body for centuries and the practices needed to stay healthy and fit .There is a lot of ancient knowledge when it come to conditioning the body back to health .

I learnt some Kung Fu from Master Hari Singh Desi who inspired by Bruce Lee went at a young age to China and stayed at a Shaolin Temple and learnt their secret Martial arts and later started teaching in the UK. One late evening after class he was set upon by three black muggers but he knocked all three out with ease as they didn't know he was a black belt plus martial artist
