The Arcturians are the most advanced in this Universe and there is a lot we can learn from them.
There were many different professions on Arcturus, the profession is chosen
according to the COLOURS IN THE AURA.
Those with violet in your aura are responsible for taking care of the children; only those who have reached a level of wisdom are allowed to take care of the children.
The same is true for those who are allowed to give birth. Ther are screened and tested in terms of their auric and vibrational frequencies, and when chosen by the elders to give birth to an Arcturian child, people go through an amazing process. The vibrations of both individuals involved are raised to a seventh dimensional frequency for the birthing process to insure bringing in the most highly evolved souls. Those with more Green in your aura will make good healers...etc
Those with more Blue in your aura are full of energy and is good for people in energetic rolls.. etc
Those with more White in aura are good Spiritual Masters, Priests...etc
Those with more pink in your aura and loving and caring people and are good Nurses...etc
Those with more Yellow in your aura are more illumined people and are good teachers etc
If we start by selecting people according to their auras on this planet we will have the right people in the right professions. At the moment there are so many people doing work which is not really suitable for them.
As 2012 approaches this will be a requirement as the right people will be doing the right type of work suitable for them.

I was in another Spiritual Community Group and in their new group called Inter Galactic Federation i made this comment: The Galactic Federation of Light are at the present time are surrounding the Planet Earth and channelling them they are singing EVERY STEP YOU TAKE...EVERY MOVE YOU MAKE...EVERY STEP YOU TAKE EVERY MOVE YOU MAKE WE ARE WATCHING YOU. ..so be good boys and girls. Their administrator send me an e-mail that i am out as i am creating fear. I was surprised as i made this comment not to put fear but just cheer people up. Firstly the words are from a famous song. Secondly i am right as The Galactic Federation of Light are observing us and have been doing for years and if it was not for them some dark forces would have taken over this planet. Thirdly members are adults and most must have seen the film 2012 that can put fear in people and not a harmless comment like mine.
I tried to explain but their Spritual Group creator a Greek Lady did not see the funny side of it.

I would like to see Aura reading become common practice and people in the right jobs which suits them. At present lots of people are in the wrong jobs all this will be put right in 2012.
Also only those who follow Divine Laws will be allowed to Govern this is the Divine Order and Divine Plan.

Kali Yuga means the dark age where falsehood is the charioteer and truth and rightousness is very little. They say that one in a million is true Spiritual Master so you see the large amount that are false. 2012 is a time when everything will be exposed on this planet and no stone will be left unturned.
Aura reading is just one way to counter falsehood. As the changes are occuring now the chariot is turning round and going towards truth and rightousness.
The Arcturians with their advanced technology equipment have taken the Aura of the Planet Earth and they can see a dark layer surrounding it and one of the cause is the collective consciousness of the people of this Planet. When people on this Planet start getting more in the Mode of Goddness, oneness, love and light, harmlessness to all living entities and nature the Aura colours will change to healthy colours and the darkness will be lifted and we will shift to the Golden Age.
Aura reading by 2012 will be a common practice. One way is to have camera equipment in all Doctors Surgeries so all can have their aura photos taken.

So we need to lay out certain rules to distinguish the real from the unreal.
I was thinking if Aura centres were opened where people could go and have their Aura photos taken and when they apply for a job their aura photo attached to their CV will speak volumes and the right people will get the job suited to them. This is one idea that can be put in operation and this could be made compulsory in the near future.
