It seems to me, that if a hundred or so countries held mock tribunals, the ICC would HAVE to take notice.And action.

Yes, it's from Nov 2011. I found it after reading up on Sri Lanka currently holding a similar tribunal.
I have a feeling that most of members on this site treat those 2 clowns as such, so I suggest this must be posted on sites like twitter, facebook and such with wider audience .
