A blind person, under the right circumstances, would be profoundly clairvoyant because of the higher demand they put on their Pineal Gland.
This gland was revered by the Egyptian and has been nicknamed "the seat of the soul" and your "third eye." In lizards this gland has a cornea, retina and lens. I'm sure before toxins, pollution and other contaminants the human Pineal Gland had the same and how it earned it's nickname. It also has crystals in it giving it magnetic resonance. Because a blind person must put more demand on this gland, they would most certainly be profoundly clairvoyant if they removed food & environmental contaminants, and kept spiritually healthy. They'd be supernaturally gifted.
