Can attempted "manifestations" be held back by God/Higher Self/Guides?

Under what circumstances would Higher selves be holding back a manifestation,

Many times I've read that you can manifest anything and everything.

This I believe is true, but can some things be purposely held back?

I've been able to manifest ALOT in my life, health, relationships and a lot of other synchronised things which I cannot explain.

A challenge I'm having right now is in terms of Wealth, which I've been having trouble manifesting.

I've read Think and Grow Rich, The Science of getting rich and a vast number of books and techniques in how to manifest riches.

Is it possible that this area is being held back for me for some reason, or it could be I'm doing incorrect manifestation techniques, or both.

I'm just curious if High Selves can and do interfere with the physical self in terms of what they want to manifest, possibly due to lessons it requires us to learn first.

I'm starting to answer my own question a bit here, but if anyone has any input that'd be great !

Thanks for the information Sagitarius, I had a good laugh at "it is not your higher self blocking any manifestations. It is the Federal reserve banking". Very true indeed.

The way I am I see doesn't really fit well into this system, and maybe this contributes to in.

No official police reports pertaining to Wilcock can be found. A body was found in Nederland CO but the coroner has not released the identity.
