no its was just one triangle in the same positions repeating several times inside itself and the square was also this way

put into a spacial view?? Triangles in triangles in triangles could be reference to a pyramid - 'draw' it flat and then see whether a shape springs out at you? Given that its extra-dimensional communication, they might be showing you how they see your dimension and how to find a way out. any chance of a sketch or two? I understand just how difficult this might be to put onto paper but I can definitely help you further if you do.
