Something I have noticed for a while now is that I can not wear rubber soled shoes for long periods of time, as the energy build up makes my feet pulse and tingle loads. It's like because of the rubber the energy can not ground properly and with the light energy building all the time it really goes into overload lol. So after the gym I have to get home and get the shoes off so the energy can ground properly again. I am now most comfortable in light shoes or simply barefoot. Anyone else get experiencing this with the current energies?

Thank for clearing that up for me. Iv'e been dealing with the same issue for years now and have tried every kind of shoe insert I could find to alleviate that feeling. It's like my feet are repulsing the soles of the shoes and begin to cramp in the middle under the bottom/

Yes Feather with you there light soles are the way forward when we need to wear shoes but barefoot rocks..
haha metallic soles now you may be onto something here. I met a guy once that was hammering nails through the rubber to allow grounding to occur he too may have had a genius idea going on there ;)
i don't really no if its the rubber but I cant wear shoes period for long periods of time. my feet get very hot and sweaty so I just wear sandels all day. shoes suck lol. im look into that though nice post about rubber soles.
