Hello i was wondering can we write letters to our family that is in the ships, called the Ashtar Command or is their a place on this site to do this ? can they be reached by us?

The idea that they can hear us whenever we speak or think to them sounds a little naiive. Imagine an intelligent race whose mind is constantly being bombarded by pleas for help, like God hearing prayers. I'm not sure that every single good extra-terrestrial is "tapped-in" at all times to the Human Prayer Network. Maybe there are a few whose job it is to listen in on the general mood of the collective unconscious, or perhaps some adept humans are able to communicate more directly. Also, there could be some whose job it is to contact humans.
