The first cannabis-dispensing machine in Canada has begun operating in Vancouver, following on from the first machine installed recently in the US state of Colorado. The difference? The Canadian machine doesn’t ID you.
Despite the controversy surrounding the plant and the endless bickering that has marked the discourse around it, the machine looks strangely ordinary and even less threatening than a cigarette pack, with big green leaves and certainly no indication that it contains something that is so hotly debated.
“We put it in the vending machine to cut down on theft and handling,” says Chuck Varabioff, of the BC Pain Society, the dispensary where the machine was installed. “It’s packaged up and sealed professionally. So you come in, you buy your product, it’s fresh, it’s quick and easy, and you’re out of here in minutes.”
The box contains a whole host of strains and flavors that are sure to trigger people’s memories of films containing the plant: “Purple Kush, Bubba Kush,” and a range of sativa and indica strains.
The product is sold in quantities slightly bigger than an eighth of an ounce (3.7 grams) and the machine only accepts cash.

The truth is we all have free will. I've never tried drugs before and don't think I will but if other people like it - so beat it! It's their own choice!
Illegal drugs are another way of the system to manipulate us. Legalising the weak ones is just a different step to control us.
Either way, we are all choosing to experience different things in life. If drugs is one of them.. be free to exercise your free will!
Meditation, devotion to God/Goddess or simply studying the ancient spiritual teachings and reasoning mulling the info over in your mind opens mental doors/chakras info flows and epiphany come along with inner peace-especially devoted meditation-when the energy flows my third eye opens and a kaleidoscope of beautiful colors flow and healing energy-I don't need cannabis

I beleive that pot is going to be a huge cash crop legitimately farmed on huge corporate mfarms and private ones and it is going to be advertised to get more and more teens to smoke it and cannabis smoke does have carcinogens in it -read more(and don't get upset, it's my opinion);

funny this-back in the day dr's recommended what type of cigarettes to smoke and almost everyone smoked-and died younger as a result-now tobacco is maligned everywhere in a propaganda sweep that rivals any national brainwashing campaign but you almost never see the dangers of pot smoke on the lungs and how thc becomes addictive-now you can buy it in vending machines like cigarettes -attle the mind of the populace with substance abuses, stupid information for education, crappy health services, politically polarize using the media and education-adds upt to pushing the cattle around and as many as possible over the cliff
