Cat and Dog planet

I was looking through some videos a few weeks ago and there was a planet that dogs and cats come from and go back to when they pass on.

 

I cant find this video anywhere and just wondering can anyone give me any guidance in this matter.

 

I could have sworn I saw it on here. (AC)
