  I worked for an insurance defense law firm in Houston, and one of the more knowledgeable attorneys I worked for once told that Harvard Law School had a course called "Legal Methods" in which it is taught as follows:

  "if the facts are on your side, use the facts. If the law is on your side, use the law. If neither the facts or the law is on your side, then try to prove that the opposing party lacks mental capacity or is mentally ill."

  Johnny Cochran made history by "playing the race card" to a jury that consisted of more than one black person during his defense of O.J. Simpson. The truth was that the corrupt L.A. Police got caught framing a guilty man who happen to be black, but the black members of the jury selected by Cochran was reportedly one with militant leanings in the black community of Los Angeles, and this would favor a race conspiracy brought forward, as opposed to a corrupt police conspiracy.

  There are posters who visit Ashtar that have claimed I'm a Holocaust denier and a Klan member after I pointed out the stupidity of facts regarding the Holocaust and the ridiculous and fashionable use of racecard playing when one can't accept the facts of certain situations presented. THAT IS HOW IT AFFECTS ME.

    Thank you Johnny Cochran, for introducing the second favorite trick used by attorneys when the facts and the law are against you: RACISM (the first favorite trick lawyers love to use is accusing someone of lacking mental capacity (i.e. have mental illness).  I notice a lot of race-baiters that visit this website throw that one at me, or claim that I'm with the Klan, Hitler Youth, or a member of Justin Bierber's fan club).
