good for you............... I am plant dieter only( raw foodist ) and what they say about vegan being unhealthy is bunch of crap.
its always those who never tried being one that always critisize the most. benefits are enormous and you will feel better, more energized and your mind will be clearer.
Most likely you will find closer relantionship with mother earth and all of her life..............................

I am doing this for health reasons, my mental state. I am hoping it will help with my adhd and the other things that go along with being hyperactive......I procrastinate as well, but with 11/11/11 feels like things should open and accessible (hopefully) I also watched the movie Forks Over Knives (a documentry) about food and the health benefits of changing eating behaviors, patterns.....there is always so much that goes with what we eat...I am going to have to start journaling....;) thank you, tentinyturtles

Becoming vegetarian became natural for me.
I like it now, and just find that anything too heavy puts me off.
I have a big salad for lunch with some fried up (Malaysian style) marinated tofu which I cook in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
I like it, simple meal.
