Just saying about vibration that changing it into a more loving may take more than what one may expect.
I used to have a vibration a little bit low because of music, temperament, sports (some kind), etc. And by adjusting myself in those things, changing them in order to change my vibration really worked so I can have my vibration in a more loving, self controlled and active way. Nor only that but this has also changed my reality, it has become more lightful.
But the big thing here is that I thought it would take just a few months but the way vibration is, is deeper than one may think, the more the time passes holding an armonious "frecuency" in love and peace and self control, the strongest it becomes (I've seen the change through a year), the highest it gets in love and peace and the better one feels.
I'm just saying that we all have this aura, this field of energy around us, that's what changes, along with the body, people react better to our precense because the field we project is more armonious and clean. But we have to hold it in time, this is to avoid anger, fights, sadness, etc in all of it's manifestations, not only outside of us but within us, in thoughts and emotions. Sometimes it takes a hard effort and even a lot of wisdom to try to look things differently in order to "conquer" thoughts, memories or emotions that sometimes bring us down and change them so we can feel good about ourselves in relation to them and hold our good vibration.
So If you have any comments on this I would love to read about it or stories about a change like this.

I too am practising loving people and it's becoming alot more natural to be friendlier the more I go on.
I think something is happening to cause us to raise our vibrations. I feel this in the food right now and don't want heavy density food.
it is much easier to understand and master such energies on a living foods and compassionate diet.......
building healthy society is no longer a topic for next "generations", it has become a norm in our current reality. One part of dark hats control is a low vibration foods( like junk, cooked and processed foods ) while fresh veggies and fruits are considered high volume energy nourishment which we are learning at this point and something the powers at be don't want to know and something necessary to advance into next level of consciousness . .............
