Saint Germain is a templar knight (according to the symbolism in his pictures) and therefore an enemy of humanity since the templars are a branch from the illuminaughty where their basic goal is to keep higher knowledge within the secret societies and not let it spill out to the public. Saint Germain is to me, just another shell of the same apparatus that have been used to control human evolution for the better part of the last 500 thousand years.
ok again, the mandatory choipping was never part of the bill, the bill wasnt even passed. this isnt going to happen, and the opriginal purpose wasnt to chip people it was to track medical devices used on humans, like articficial hearts and things.
Chipping won't be sold to the public until we've had at least one MAJOR catastrophy which include many many many dissappeared and unidentifyable people.
They tried to sell that tech to sweden a while ago and played on the childnap-card, but the people didn't fall for it. They've tried to sell it again to sweden, this time using the "easy access"-card, but people still don't wanna chip themselves. So.. For this tech to be introduced into the major population, we need a natural disasaster or a similar event that will cost millions of lives and have hundereds of thousands missing souls in its aftermath.. And, they also need to locate some of them with chips during that disaster to have a proper real-life example of "how good this tech is for you". :)

well other than all the typical ego stroking and fluff, they are trying to talk about a bill signed almost 3 years ago that has a 36 month clause in it for ID chips to be installed.
well that is 6 months away, this channels says on that date things will change, the bill itself says stuff has to be implemented before that date, so that means every single american citizen would need to be chipped in the next 6 months. which means fema camps and martial law etc etc
or you could do some research into the bill and find that it wasnt even passed, and the part about the mandatory chipping of the public, was never that in the first place.
