Cigar-Shaped UFO spotted on ISS's live feed

I've been following a youtube username who happens to be known as secureteam10, he mostly uploads UFO's, moon bases and other interesting stuff.

Anyways what I'm about to show you is just seconds before NASA cuts off the live feed from the International Space Station and has been offline for almost a full day now. A Cigar-shaped UFO is caught on the live stream, exiting our atmosphere, following the ISS for a few seconds before transitioning into what appears to me as folding two points into space, and disappearing from sight.
