You know this is total disinformation agents in full process making this video to confuse only & get paid for it by Youtube,.. What the footage represents or is being filmed is the police swat team changing into their combat protective clothing to face the terrorists who are on a rampage..Not the police changing their pants to become the terrorists gees.. such unbelievable accusations..made up by someone with a mental sickness..
