Creative Breath Work in the Sand Dunes

My friend,

 

I was doing some breath work, alone, in the Arizona Sand dunes today and decided to film some of it to inspire and encourage people to become aware of their own breath.

 

No matter the situation in life, coming back to the power, comfort and mystery of my own breath always brings me back into the present!

    Uh i think the christian bible says>Man/Woman, shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God? I didn't know God had a mouth in which word's come out from? But im sure it means every breath or atom of air we breathe and not the bible unless of course we can eat the bible,is paper your favorite food?
