Police in Louisiana are urging residents to add surveillance camera security systems to their homes and then to hand over control of those systems to law enforcement, an effort they claim will help make neighborhoods safer.

If they were offering this for free I'd have been all over this by now since that would definitely indicate sinister motives. ;)
$10 per month is almost free-
But still. It's a service they're offering. Albeit, a very foolish thing for a normal perosn to go along with since the control apparatus that's needed to manage all confidential information from those cams is going to be enormous. :)
It may be $10 today, but when they realize the true costs of this system, that number will rise to $100 per month in notime. ;)

There are some Amerikans who will feel more secure, knowing that the police have total control over everybody, including themselves...LOL
If it's truly voluntary, then maybe sorta OK....If they make it compulsory, than sit up and smell the cofffee....
So they charge $10 per month, for the right to be supervised by law enforcement, in your own home...?? Truly insane and obviously only the uneducated and fearful will take this up....Thus, why so many in the US have been dumbed down with a poor education also and scared witless by DHS alerts....
The founding fathers would be gnashing teeth to this control freakery madness, of zealous police control...Being "urged" to comply is never good...

I am one of those people who get many astral visits every day.. It took me years to get used to the idea of always being watched but eventually, I dared to go back to "jacking off in total extacy every now and then" without feeling any discomfort at all.
Although, if the traveller were to talk about my private life in public, I'd blow his house up. ;)
But never forget: You probably have hundreds of people watching your every move every day. Be it by accident or by intent, you can't do anything about it but trust that they keep their observations to themselves unless you're damaging yourself and they feel they need to intervene. That happened to me. I was about to literally kill myself with drugs and one of the travellers contacted me over ICQ a minute later and talked some sense into me. :)
I doubt the police will abuse these cams because if they did, the entire state would fall within a day. They could never survive the scandal that would follow.
yes I see them come from out of nowhere now and then but this is different -they can't effect our realm as much as wicked people in our world, beleive me i know they misuse will power, energy, black magic, but that can be remedied quickly enough
