This is a field of antennas in Alaska the USGov uses to blast the Ionosphere with ULF's or ultra low frequency waves to alter or manipulate weather. Mammalian brains must function above 7 Hertz to be "positive" or happy. (Schumann Resonance) ULF's cause those levels to crash creating feelings of misery, anxiety and in some cases aggression.

Wheeler III that was going to blow the whistle on the USGov for releasing thousands of tons of Phosgene, a toxic gas collected from Iraq and Afghanistan when we invaded their countries. Also, I'd explained in a different post that the USGov has been experinenting with, mutating, harvesting and releasing a very dangerous parasite called "Toxoplasma Gondii." It's where the term "toxoplasmosis" came from. Discovered in 1908, it was known then and hidden this parasite causes mental illness including: BiPolar, Schizophrenia, Depression, OCD, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and has even been linked to people causing many aggressive traffic accidents. It's been tagged the "zombie" parasite and the "puppet master" because it compels the host to do terrible things they'd never nornally do.
