I have one on my lower left butt cheek that feels like a BB stuck inside of me I think it is an implant.. I can feel it when I sit down sometimes, it is uncomfortable. I think if it was something positive it would be in a different location to where it doesn't cause me discomfort.. if it were anywhere else I would take a razor blade and cut it out of me, but being that it is where it is I think it would be difficult to do myself. I sure as hell don't want to go to the doctor, they poisoned me last time I ended up at the hospital..
