Danger Room What’s Next in National Security Pentagon Preps Soldier Telepathy Push

Forget the battlefield radios, the combat PDAs or even infantry hand signals. When the soldiers of the future want to communicate, they’ll read each other’s minds.At least, that’s the hope of researchers at the Pentagon’s mad-science division Darpa. The agency’s budget for the next fiscal year includes $4 million to start up a program called Silent Talk. The goal is to “allow user-to-user communication on the battlefield without the use of vocalized speech through analysis of neural signals.” That’s on top of the $4 million the Army handed out last year to the University of California to investigate the potential for computer-mediated telepathy.Before being vocalized, speech exists as word-specific neural signals in the mind. Darpa wants to develop technology that would detect these signals of “pre-speech,” analyze them, and then transmit the statement to an intended interlocutor. Darpa plans to use EEG to read the brain waves. It’s a technique they’re also testing in a project to devise mind-reading binoculars that alert soldiers to threats faster the conscious mind can process them.The project has three major goals, according to Darpa. First, try to map a person’s EEG patterns to his or her individual words. Then, see if those patterns are generalizable — if everyone has similar patterns. Last, “construct a fieldable pre-prototype that would decode the signal and transmit over a limited range.”The military has been funding a handful of mind-tapping technology recently, and already have monkeys capable of telepathic limb control. Telepathy may also have advantages beyond covert battlefield chatter. Last year, the National Research Council and the Defense Intelligence Agency released a report suggesting that neuroscience might also be useful to “make the enemy obey our commands.” The first step, though, may be getting a grunt to obey his officer’s remotely-transmitted thoughts

Since little is known concerning how telepathy becomes a reality I will give you the blueprint. In a society like Earth's there are over 640 billion beings alive today. The same theory relates to many other things and in this case telepathy.

With present day population it will take approximately 56,000 people attempting telepathy at any one time to react the saturation point and then the ability will wash over the planet.

It may seem like a lot of people but there are many trying daily. As of march 2008 there were 51,000 trying so by todays thinking there should be almost enough.

So I invite you to join all of us. I meditate every night for 30 minutes at 11pm eastern. To add to the tuning of group thought I have two focus objects, these allow for tuning our thoughts, that is to focus on holding a hampster in the spiritual left hand and a teacup in the spiritual right hand. A simple focus of awareness at holding these items clears out the other mental effluence of the day and will help in connecting.

Once focused just remember holding them and let your thoughts flow into the awareness grid we are trying to create. Say hello.. and listen for a response. Tell a story, as we are listening. Pause often to listen. When you hear a response say hello again. It will take time but this is how it is done. It gets easier the more that connect and when threshold is reached we will have Global Awareness.

I know some of you are fearing the news concerning a global coastal event coming soon. This event can be avoided it awareness and telepathy take hold.

It is important that you invite everyone you know to perticipate. I have members in two other groups participating already.

  The hamster signifies abundance even in the worst of times having enough to feed a hamster. The teacup signifies leisure, having enough time to have a cup of tea.
  
  Together they signify our future both abundant and full of leisure.

    Yes the time zones seem to be a problem so make it the same time each day for your self. Then with intent make the intent timeless, as in the spiritual realm time is meaningless and the most important part is just connecting with intent.
    
    Time has no meaning to the spiritual self. theoretically you can leave messages in the akasha and pick them up when you connect.
    
    The Akasha or akashic field, library or records, are all the same thing. It is the substrate that all existance rides on. It is the basis for all knowledge gained by each of us. Connecting to it is as simple as tuning into your DNA which resonates with a specific frequency and is your connection to the subconscious. Your DNA is unique and undividual and at the same time your blueprint to the Akasha.
    
    The energies that are bathing us almost daily are also upgrading our DNA and preparing us for ascension. I am hoping that we can breach the saturation point and bring this world into Global Awareness. Amazing things can happen rapidly after that point. As group consciousness takes hold we will have the ability to change the planet. To move comets and asteroids, to reforest the rainforests over night and much more that today would be called miracles.
