Non duality is NOT no duality. The irony of non-duality is about being in the dual nature of this plane, yet at the same time understanding and embodying the duality - converging, reconciling, and harmonising both ends within yourself.

Realising that the polar opposites are not in conflict with each other at all. In fact, they are one and the same.
