Or at least, as the tabloids would have it. The NT News is notorious for dramatising and blowing things out of proportion, and it's reporters have a rather biased left brain approach to UFO material. Nevertheless, it's makes for a good joke... for them at least.

Russia tested it's latest nuclear ICBM whilst obama was in norway, the night before peace talks were scheduled to begin ----> a clear political message. This missile travels at 15000 km/hr and can reach the american coast in 30 mins. It was stopped dead in its tracks by some kind of Tesla beam weapon operated by an unknown third party, who was also intent on sending a clear message to both Russia and the US.
