Hello everyone,

I noticed that a new David Icke iPhone App has just been released on iTunes. It seems to be mostly video content, about 4 hours of it! Haven't watched it all yet, but it seems pretty good. I'll keep you posted when I've watched more... Has anyone watched any of it yet? What are the general opinions regarding this man?

Here's an introduction to the app, with some video previews:

  • I am halfway through his new book "Human Race get up off your knees" - I am enjoying it, quite a heavy read but definately food for thought.  It certainly makes you look at the world in a different way that is for sure.  He is coming to NZ later this year and I am going to see him in person.  Any other Kiwis going - one show only in Auckland?

The app is a great idea, mobile phone is the way to get your message out to billions, much better than the net, everyone leaves home with their phone, not everyone leaves home with their laptop :-).  I hope that David makes some money off it too, he has dedicated most of his life and endured a hell of alot of shite for telling the world his story.

  • Also not gonna bother with the app but have several of his books and recommend checking out his headlines tab/link every once in a while as there is the odd good article there:  http://www.davidicke.com/headlines
  • I get where you're coming from Dan. I didn't know iTunes took a cut from each app... That does indeed give them a lot of money! But people always try to make money from things one way or another, so there's not much avoiding it. And I guess the app developer needs to make some money from their product.

I think putting an app on iTunes is a great way to spread the information. Besides, 4 hours of high definition video straight on your phone is easier and cheaper than buying a DVD... So at the end of the day, I would say the positive outweigh the negative in this case.

I've watched a good chunk of the video content and it's very well presented. Very good for beginners or people who want a 'refresher' of Icke's ideas of what is going on in the world.

  • iTunes has made BILLIONS by taking their cut of 99 cent apps.  To me, that's the bottom line here as well.  I think David Icke has fantastic information, MOST I find good to great.  Bottom line though, 2.99 for the app is going to make someone a ton of money.  I looked on iTunes.  Was surprised to see the price and said No Thanks.
  • I can't comment anything about the application but one thing i can tell you for sure that this man has great information and the way he put them together. very interesting.
  • no thanks. I´m fine by that big moon book stuff and just letting go of it
