Covers: Paradox, Manifestation: In 3-D and 5-D, Leadership, Grounding

Reading recommendations:

- Wrote this (and recommend you read it  listening to: album "Go" by Jonsi, from Sigur Ros: ponder the above, and listen free here:  http://www.facebook.com/sigurros?sk=app_6009294086 (music player there after you "like" his page)

- Read each line, slowly, pause at the end,and reflect on how it may have just described your own experience, then read the next line after that.

I recommend you read it 2-3 times, so it can sink in; it's not long, but there a lot here.

I hope you enjoy it, and would love to hear your feedback!

What defines someone who is infinitely skilled in an area?

Knowledge of their field, yes, but beyond that, is that they were able to transcend paradox.

For a master piano player, the paradox between striking a note hard, or barely touching it...

For leaders or product managers, the paradox of getting something done with a level of quality, on time.

In relationships, the paradox of standing up for what you truly need, while being attentive to the needs of your significant other(s).

For a Master of a field, they have transcended the fields of paradoxes, and risen above those who are somewhere still on it, stuck on one side or other, or penduluming between one, or the other paradox.

***Feedback Loops ***

In setting a goal, you constantly receive feedback as to whether you are attaining it or not - if it's a money goal; the money in your bank account, or some other measure that you have determined to track your your progress to your goal.

Each point, from when you make a decision for it (to truly surrender to your "Yes" to having it) to when you achieve it, are opportunities to continually say "Yes!" to your Goal, in excitement and anticipation, through your thoughts, feelings, and action. As you are in alignment with your goal, on all levels you will achieve it!

Now imagine if you were able to shorten the amount of time that it took to do this?

What if you were able to do it instantaneously?

Make no mistake about it; goal setting, achieving your goals, is the universe's way to allow you to use your training wheels for your ultimate act of direct manifestation..

Directly?

Yup.

Just like Jesus, manifesting bread and fish for the masses, or wine for the wedding party, the ability to directly manipulate universal substance for a desired result (or thing) instantaneously, in alignment with the highest good of all.

Jesus was so skillful in Earthly matters, he was able to transcend this Earthly (3rd dimensional)

Realm. In other words, he was able to ascend, like Elijah, and many other Masters.

What was their similarity? They were all able to transcend the paradoxes of this world. What are the

paradoxes of reality? In one word - Duality.

"Good". "Evil". "Life". "Death". "Light". "Dark". these are the paradoxes of our world, along with many others.

Remember Buddha talking about "The Middle Way?" - Yeah - this is it!

Many Christians have been puzzled by the following quote:

"You will be able to do all that I can do, and more" - Jesus

I take it at face value, and know it to be True:  You - as a soul - will be able to do all that Jesus did and more! It's up to you to decide how many lifetimes you take to do it! ; )

If you think "Groan! - oh no! - that's way far off for me" I assure you, you're far closer than you think...

Who you are, as a soul, is more vast and beautiful than you could possibly imagine!

...All you have to do is say "Yes!"

If you want to say "Yes!", but are wondering what exactly to say "Yes!"  to, Yes to what? to express your soul, in the highest way possible, beyond any fear you have - fear of rejection, fear of failure, fear of Death, fear of embracing your true power... to embrace the life that holds the Greatest Joy you could imagine!

***What does this have to do with Leadership? ***

Ok... deep breath, focusing on the practicals... Let's ground this...

What area of your life (usually in a stuck or contracted place, that is not flowing) do you feel like two things can't co-exist?

I'll tell you mine, that I just became aware of; the idea that I have to choose between financial abundance, and deep personal and spiritual connection. I can have both.

What are yours?

Please share, so we can support each other.

...Let's transcend our paradoxes, and embrace our innate skillful mastery, and directly manifest Heaven on Earth... together!
