Such arrays appear whenever the magnetic lines of the A SHIP'S magnetic field causes the water vapor in Earth's atmospheric cloud layers to ionnize. The ionnized water vapor concentrates along the lines of the magnetic fields reflecting the magnetic field in behind.

The fact is that the unharmonious Luciferian Rebellion has ended. The Rebellion is officially called 'The Luciferian Self Will Rebellion of the Cosmic Overplus. The Rebellion began five billion years ago and affected the thousand galaxies of this Local Universe. The Rebellion was officially ended by decree two thousand years ago. You are now in the clean up in the aftermath of the Rebellion. The Radionnic Ships of the Heavenly Host are here as part and parcel of Earth's participation in the clean up.

Thousands upon thousands of the Radionnic ships are in your atmosphere at any time. The Ships teleport in on a routine basis from a vast fleet of millions upon millions of Radionnic Ships of Light sitting outside the orbit of Pluto. The ships are from all over Creation, assembled here as volunteers to assist you in the clean up. The ships are from Higher Cause, and are very much higher in frequency than the thousand or so lesser ships present on Earth comprising an Alien contamination. The Alien contamination is under Galactic quarantine and cannot leave Earth's environs. The contamination is the result of lesser cause practiced during the Rebellion and comprises the totality of the so called UFOs you are currently appealing to your Governments to disclose.
