Me: I feel like you are around me again. I feel the energy it's beautiful as always are you around?
GFOL: Yes we are here! you must forgive our absence there were many things we were working on in the past few weeks both for planet earth and other far away and unknown civilizations to your world. We bring however great news of the great shift that recently occurred and was felt by many of your earth family. This is not the big shift that will occur in 2012 rather it was a mini shift. This shift is but a taste of the explosion of love that will grace your planet in the coming years.
Me: Thank you! I was thinking this for the past few days that I felt like something shifted as if there was some sort of cosmic wave of love that just blanketed the planet but I was not sure if I was right or not but I suppose this confirms it. How did this mini shift come about? was it something you did or something we all did or the planet did?
GFOL: (smile) Dear commander it is not what WE did or what the earth community has done it is what we ALL did as a collective focusing on the harmonic resonance of love through out the planet. There is a great focus among many in your world on love and love is starting to reign in all aspects of your reality. There are many things to look forward to as many many more of these mini shifts will lead to incredible moments of joy.
Me: This is wonderful and I am more then grateful to have heard this and also grateful for your presence again. I thought you may have left for good. I think also that apart from the shift there seems to be something going on which I am not to sure of has a place in the changing consciousness of our world and I think you already know what I am trying to say.
GFOL: Yes we do indeed understand what you are trying to convey and it is something that can not be judged because many must find their own path be it of hate or of love. What you speak of is the idea that we are a racist and or evil organization working only for the benefit of one race alone. This may be true for the individuals currently believing this however it is not OUR truth. We love and understand ALL of Gods creations. We can not hold animosity towards any one being or race. Our federation is comprised of many races from Sirius to Orion, Pleiades, Andromeda and even races not even heard of as of yet by those on your earth. We have even humans from earth who work with us who chose to work with us upon completion of their time on earth.
We have been in contact with your world since the dawn of time and continue to be in contact to this day however in these days we take a much more behind the scenes approach as to not cause mass panic. We are always in your skies and those who know how to look can see us. We are of love and service. Our only purpose is to uplift and protect humanity and to guide and protect our earth crew such as yourself. Rumors about us will continue to arise but you must trust in your OWN heart to know the truth dear sister. We would never discriminate against any one that respects universal law, we would never announce a date of arrival for that would send your world in to chaos. We will arrive sooner that many believe but that is all we shall say. All is divine order.
Me: You should already know that I have enough proof to know you are of love and service to all. I want to take this time to thank you for helping me in my awakening and inspiring me to create this wonderful site! with out your suggestion and encouragement this haven would not be here as I was very afraid of going public with many things at the time. It breaks my heart though to hear all the hatred directed at the federation. It makes no sense to me because I know for a fact that you are of love.
GFOL: Yes dear sister YOU know but many others do not and that is OK we do not expect everyone to accept us that is the purpose of life to find harmony in all forms of life. This is also why you the starseed and lightworkers are here on earth at this time. To transmute hate in to love, darkness in to light. Through light you may bring information to the darkest of places that lack the information of unity consciousness and universal love. It is our hope that through you Yshatar many will see another side of us, one that promotes tolerance of all beings of source. The world can not move forward unless many move out of the thought of separateness. The ascension process will be at a stand still for individual persons unless they move out of this mentality for they will limit their own spiritual evolution.
Me: I do understand them as I was there as well one time when I was first awakened and watched silly videos on you tube and read silly books and let other people dictate what I felt and believed. I at one point in my life thought that all reptilians and Jewish people were out to destroy the world. I am SO glad to be out of this thinking it really is a waste of energy. To hate is easy, to love is what takes courage.
GFOL: In the higher realms beyond your world there is no separation there is only love however there are beings who are service to self but with the abilities all the galactic civilizations have it is easy to see who may harm you or has intentions to and in this way all beings are accepted because there is no threat or harm that may come to anyone as we already know before they even contemplate it. Such are the abilities of advanced cosmic civilizations. These abilities are already attained by all humans on earth and much more by the starseeds however fear, judgment and discrimination halt the process of development of these abilities.
Me: What do you recommend light workers do when confronted with such hateful energy?
GFOL: We recommend you open your hearts and accept the universal law that all beings are entitled to their beliefs however lead by example do not try to change their mind or push your beliefs on anyone dear sister as that will create karma that will need to be cleared in some form at another time. Lead by showing that love is much easier and rewarding. Not everyone can see the light from the lighthouse clearly. Shine it brighter by focusing on the love that comes through it's frequency, be of love, be for love and love shall flourish. Try to fight against something or try to stop it and it will only grow in power. So dear sister this we share with you in hopes that your lighthouse will shine brighter and serve as a gateway to ascension. All play an important role in the universal aspect of spiritual evolution.
Me: Thank you to all for spending sometime with me tonight as I have missed your presence greatly. Also thank you for sharing these wonderful words of encouragement. Though I feel like there is something else you wish to share am I correct?
GFOL: Yes sister you know us well. In fact we wish to say that on the 28th of your month there will be an energy increase for your planet. It will come from the universal energy of source. This was worked on by many civilizations to try to increase the frequency of your planet. Feelings of elevation may be experienced.
Me: Oh wow OK so expect this on the 28th? I sometimes don't feel the changes though when there are energy increases on the planet or when there are shifts except for this last shift in which I was inundated with love! it was so wonderful. I hope I can get to feel this one on the 28th. Is there any way to make sure I feel it?
GFOL: Tune in to the energies of the earth to her changes and be at peace. It helps also to meditate often so in this way you may open up your sacred energy points.

Much LOVE and PEACE to ALLI don't read all of the posts on this website, I gravitate toward channelings. The last few days I have seen a couple of posts that have been quite negative and very unenlightened. When I hear that kind of stuff one thing I realize is that it does not resonate with what I call Shakti or divine energy. It is a great challenge to honor people for who they are and where they are, however it would be nice if they kept there negativity to themselves. Keep up the great work!

we live in exciting times where there is much of different things we can choose from ... take what you need and leave the rest ... when I come across negativity I transmute it thru the Violet Flame and send LIGHT to whatever lies dormant in darkness.
