  This is not meditation. You can not force your thoughts to stop. Your thoughts are a dimension fed by your focus on it. To try to force the mind to stop is only further empowering it. One can only allow the mind to stop. Were you place your awareness becomes the direct experience. So simply accept all thought amd all forms as they come and go like the sound of a car. Do not focus or judge them. Do not try to control or change them.Between every thought is peace between every sound is silence between every form is space. focus on the silence that all forms appear with in.   Thank You MrEd...I agree w/all of what you have said....and I have read a lot about it and have used meditation just prior and after. If I can get past the nausea I think it may be a better experience. I also had guilt I'm sure because my 3 yr old was on a different level of the house taking a nap so I was worried he would wake. I pulled off the mask prematurely and ran upstairs to chk on him and he was still out. I'm going to try it again today when my boys will be at their daddys....maybe no music this time...any tricks on preventing neusea?

  I have done dmt about 700 times. It is what has made me know my self as eternity

  I think any mind expanding experience can be amazing, some of my friends have experienced DMT, I have not, it's very "out of body" and it takes you out quickly.  I like being in my body, but... I may try it someday :)  
  
  I've experienced other psychadellics, and had amazing sacred experiences with them.
  
  I think doing things with respect is of utmost importance :)
  
  Make it into a Ritual of sorts.

      that movie is also Very good...thank you for that post....Ive seen that on the Oasis channel...if anyone has that : )  You can also get it at the library  : )
