Do you live in a state of constant stress, anxiety, fear and panic, or do you enjoy peace of mind?

Do you let external influences affect your moods and state of mind, or do possess inner strength and detachment?

Too many people are anxious, stressed, worry too much, subject to moods and have no control over their thoughts and feelings. This situation leads to emotional, mental and physical problems, unhappiness and failure.

Inner peace, which is peace of mind, is not the sole possession of yogis and hermits. You too can enjoy it without becoming a yogi or a hermit.

There is an erroneous common belief that peace of mind is sought, and can be attained, only by people, who lead a completely spiritual life in ashrams or monasteries. Some people even think that real peace of mind is an illusion and cannot be attained. These are erroneous assumptions.

There are various treatments for stress, anxiety, fears and panic attacks. Some involve psychological help, some use hypnosis, and others use medications. All these treatments involve external help. There is another way to handle these problems, which does not involve external help. It is through inner work and training.

Don't be afraid of the words training and work. You are not required to do impossible things. A training program for peace of mind starts with simple actions, which you can incorporate in your daily life. They include a change of attitude, being more positive, developing a certain degree of mental focus and emotional detachment, and more. In a more advanced stage, there special meditations aimed toward increasing the level of inner peace.

They start as thoughts, which grow in strength and affect your behavior, actions and habits. Your aim is to be more aware of them, and use certain techniques to stop their power over you. There is no reason to go on through life being at the mercy of uncontrolled thoughts, feelings, anxieties, worries and fears.

You can transform your life! You can change the state of your mind! Even a small amount of inner peace would do a great deal to you. Are you afraid of some effort?   • It's hard to fly without wings.

    It's amusing to find people talking about fear and pain, when they had it way easier than one himself. You start to wonder about what would have happened to them, being in your situation. It's funny, when everything was the destroyed since the very begining of your earthly experience.

    Let me add, a human being is emotionally sedated in comparison with us. Within a human light body, the cordial center(Heart chakra) has barely any development, a few nervous fibers at most, more of a root than anything else.

    With us, it's huge, having thousands of translucid nervous fibers, it glows warm in golden Light as a Three. Every sensation, joy and pain, is multiplied many, many times in intensity.

    Sometimes I would like the ending B for earth, just to watch you all peace-talkers. Just for the main goverment to start off a global nuclear attack, immolating itself to save the real threat.

    The other side of me says this is right. It's helpful. You can achieve peace, breathe deeply but calmly, absorb the light within the air, into each one of your chakras. One time per center. Then once more as a whole.

    When I feel chaotic, I go out to my bacony, look at the sky and just breathe, feeling the light on the air as I start blending in within nature, as it was in the very beggining... before all this happened.

I would say, that while I certainly prefer 'Peace of Mind'; I am also grateful for the lessons learned by finding the willingness to move through the challenges that 'Fear & Anxiety' often bring. I suppose, that is one of the ongoing Teachings of the illusion of duality... trying to recalibrate our Inner-Being with omni-present, Light filled Energies, that can ultimately help us manage the obstacles we face in our daily affairs.   • "Do You Prefer Stress, Anxiety, Fear, Panic - or Peace of Mind???"

    As a developing soul on planet Earth, I've found that a balance between all of those things, is what is prefered for a soul like me to get to feel Human at all.

    I usually balance my life by making it include 10% Stress, 10% Anxietey, 5% Fear, 5% Panic and 70% Peace of Mind, as it is what's nescessary to keep the suicidal thoughts out of my mind since I do know the shortcut to 'heaven', but taking it would mean more years in the 3D-school 'all-in-all', which is something I'd like to avoid. :)
