  Kat: I don't know but I have heard that fairies like to impersonate physical creatures. Can pretend to be about anything. I wonder if your finches might really be fairies incognito. I neat thought.

  yeah-- thats not very gentle--

  it turns into a strong hallucinagen...

  and whatever is floating around in your mind and all around in everyones minds comes to the surface...

  What you're suppose to do is release fear trauma and anger.

  You have an opportunity to seprate yourself from the physical experience...

  Thats what yogis and meditators try to do but in a more self controlled way...

  Hi folks, Hi Beato, thanks for sharing your experiences.

  I've been seeing what could be described as sparkles or points of light quite often, though just this morning, i awoke to something very beautiful, let me explain.

  A couple of weeks ago, i noticed an odd mark in the ceiling above my bed, almost right above where my head is, when lying on the pillow.

  Well, did not know what to make of it, until this morning.

  I woke up, but i was still not quite awake, though i was, just very relaxed still, then i noticed this bright light-blue beam of light of some kind coming from that very location on the ceiling.

  Then, i shook myself awake more, (or when we awake, are we actually going back to sleep, hmm) then the light disappeared.

  I did not sense any harmful feelings from this light.

  Ah.. And you are SURE it's bar-noises? (watercooler conversations and tele in the background can sometimes sound very similar)
  If you can, please record a minute or two of it and let me listen to it. I can identify many many sounds. :)
  
  If it's your ex then .. Well .. then you can probably just ignore it.. People who call and then hang up without making any threats are usually harmless ;)
  If he's starting to bother you more than acceptable we could discuss other, more permanent solutions. ;)

  "I am getting a couple of calls a day with no one there.....the last time I listened to the background noise until whoever it was hung up....."
  
  Auto Dialers. They have become popular to use amongst tele-salesmen, even tho they're illegal.
  A computer makes the call and only if someone answer it, the call gets patched to a salesmen.
  However, since those offices are undermanned 24/7, there's often noone in the other end even WHEN we answer those calls.
  
  The best way of getting rid of those is to find the home phone number to the owner of the company, call him every day at 03.45AM and offering him to buy an insurance for 10 thousand dollars that will ensure him to NEVER receive such sales-calls from you at that time again. ;)
  
  In sweden, we can always see the number that is calling us which makes it easy to identify the caller. I don't know how the systems works where you're at but tracking calls is simple anyway. The phone company can tell you who it is that calls you if you can't see the number yourself, and if they ask for payment for that search, just tell¨'em it's a harrassement-errand and that they can either give the info to you, or give it to the police when they come for the info.
  They usually crack immediately and gives you the information. No serious business wanna get an official visit from the police in errands where customers are accused of abusing other customers. It's bad for PR ;)
  
  

  I've managed to get information from IP-adresses from ISP's using the "ok then, let's make the problem OFFICIAL"-argument when they choose to be difficult and don't wanna cooperate. It works ;)

  Sodium hypochlorite.

  It's used to disinfect tap-water in all "civilized" countries. :)

  Unfortunely, it also affects higher reasoning and due to the sodium content, it can probably affect blood preassure too. At least in sensitive persons. I doesn't do that in me but I grew up on such water so I'm probably just "immune" there ;)

  Ya, LSD alone can't be used for brainwashing but if you combine it with a carefully prepared info package, you'll get a completely different deal. ;)
