This is a positive step, by India....

All dolphins are sentient aquatic beings and although members of the animal kingdom, hold a high degree of spiritual evolution and a potential role as fully-fledged sea guardians, as their counterparts on many fully conscious worlds, such as the Sirius B planets of Atarmunck and Muktarin-Samanet....

Release The Dolphins From Capativity BUT PUT THE LEADERS AND GOVERNMENTS IN ZOOS and like they make money from people we will make money from them in SHOWS
