this video is jusT a reminder during this bigger vaccine push time for the season......I dont know about your doctor but mine is VERY pushy for this vaccine.....that is only when I became suspicious. My 19 yr old had his mind set he wasnt going to get it....he went in for a chk up and this doctor pressured him for about 1/2 hr before he finally gave in. She did the same thing to me but I really felt he was more strong willed than I am. (young healthy people are not at risk for flu...remember it used to be that only babies, elderly and health care workers were recommended to get it, and they didn't push it at all like they do now)

by the way....the swine flu vaccine has been added to the generic flu vaccine....I was given the flu shot over a year ago and wasn't warned about this until i asked about it after my injection. The swine flu vaccine doesn't seem to be as pushed lately because it is NOW IN THE GENERIC FLU VACCINE. It doesnt need to be snorted anymore....its added in the injection

Of course Im not an expert but if your not a baby, elderly a healthcare worker or have a compromised immune system....it just doesnt seem worth the risk
