March 1, 2014 11:43 PM EST -- (TRN) -- A significant earthquake has struck the Crimean peninsula in the Ukraine within the last hour and Russian military sources are claiming it was a deliberate attack by the United States using it's HAARP Array in Alaska, in retaliation for Russia placing troops into the Ukraine.
According to sources on the scene, Russian military surveillance detected INTENSE bursts of electromagnetic long-waves prior to the earthquake. They say the bursts were specifically timed and repetitive in nature, which caused a resonance in the ground, triggering the earthquake.
They claim this was a deliberate attack by the United States and are using frightening language to describe it. One spokesman said bluntly "The earthquake in Crimea was caused by the use of a weapon of mass destruction by the United States against the Russian Army."

What would be needed to confirm HAARP activity, would be witness statements of plasma light frequencies (usually blues and reds) sighted over the effected earthquake area....prior to earth tremour...
If any such sightings did ocurr, than we can confirm HAARP deployment..
No you can't, because those lights appear sometimes anyway above places for earthquakes. Movements in the ground can cause lights in the atmosphere.
The phenomenon is called Triboluminescence.
Mabey you mus go back to school because when even an former HAARP director tells it can be done then youre school must be wrong?
How they use these antennas? mabey they can regulate the antenna lengt?
An antenna is just a piece of wire that can have intervals switches so the lengt is adjustable.

The wavelength needed to cause an earthquake direclty below the facility is 100.000 kilometers long. Shall you or I calculate how many rounds of copper wire that would take on a coil the size of "too bloody expensive" to accomplish without having to build an effing enormous antenna? ;)
Particle beam weapons orbiting the Earth are another possibility, and not just HAARP. Also don't rule out well-timed fracking by Exxon and Chevron, who are reportedly salivating over the petro spoils (prime for looting) in Ukraine.
Haarp can't make earthquakes, you need very very very low frequencies for that and haarp simply can't do the trick other than possibly in a small small scale and only directly under the facility itself.
How do you know wat HAARP can or not can do?
Big microwave is no good what ever it can or not can do.

I went to school and learned about frequencies. Some wavelengts can be made with those antennas and some can't. There's no "how" to that, it's just.. Education.. If you don't have it, you risk falling for everything that disinformers may put forth. ;)
"Big microwave is no good"
They're not doing microwaves either. They do UHF and VHF.
Microwaves have terribly bad range and can't be used for much more than telecommunications, crowd control and microwave ovens.
Nice there is no damage but a man made quake even when it is a minor one is a bad thing to happen.
