yes it defintitly true the sun is one of the greatest healings i ever experience. i am always in the sun and i can say it is truly the best. i think everyone should form a connection with the sun. talk to it tell the sun how great is it too be in the existing realm of its beauty. allow it in. i did some test with myself. i notice i never use too test my self but it has help me create the most beauty. cause i am connected with all things but now i am consious of it. so basically what i did i had sweat pants and jacket with 2 shirt underneath and i was aborbing the sun rays into the whole of my body. the sun was beaming hard too i see everyone sweating lol. but not me i was consious of it beauty entering my body connecting with its love for the whole. before i did this though i have been aborbing it through my hand and through my heart channel out through my other hand for about a year so i am no stranger to the sun. but i just did this aborbing it whole. and it was the best. i couldnt believe wat was happening i was like WOOHOO im da shit haha. i do sungazing also. my eyes are 100% perfect. there one thing about me though that makes me question if i am scared of anything. i am truly a master of design. i am a daredevil too i like to the impossible so i am always doing the most insane stunts which always puts a smile on my face. by doing this i know i am beating fear and getting understandment of my true origin.my true me.
