Empaths in the world during this time of dramatic shifts

Every living thing in this cosmos is empathic, reactive to energy moving through space/time. However, as humans we also have the ability (because of the physical aspects of actually being human,) to generate and be tremendous sources of energy, therefore we can actually charge ourselves UP to enhance that energy therefore creatively directing energy (by sending intention/energy/imageslike a tv signal if you wish) we can direct it by what we pay attention to..Therefore, anyone who is living consciously can build up their energy frequency and send it to others, many of you know all this already so please bear with me.It is possible that the "program" of developing hybrids is to use all of our skills together, as every life energy through all time and cosmologies is being affected by what we are doing as manifesters on our planet. It may be that the humanoid type that we are, has particularly powerful energetics because of our 3dimensional form..I'm not certain..The reason I state that I am not certain is that I have done my best to experience all these dynamics w/o intervention from what is available to read in books, internet, you tube etc. I want to experience this for myself using my own abilities and intuitions, I havebegun studying quantum and asstrophysics, as well as furthering my degree in Anthropological studies..while avaoiding most new age/prohetic/ufo/sites etc.What I wanted to say is that as consccious empaths those of us who are doing what we can to remain conscious, can affect everyone else by raising our vibrations and maintaining that. It's not really appropriate at this time to merely observe the anxiety of the majority of people on earth rising..we're emapthic for a reason..sensitive now for a reason..to EMPOWER others and therefore really ourselves.I live in an extremely rural area, and have chosen to do so for many reasons. One of them is that as an empath, it can be very energetically difficult to sort your energy out from everything around you. I have been until recently a tutpr nd mentor to those people labbelelld as ADD and ADHD but also tested as gifted. I am writing a book about the mis/awareness of that designation. These people including myself, are highly affected by electromagnetic fields..I present workshops on what to fileter out and how to do it, so that these highly gifted and often misunderstood, latent (often) empaths, healers, inventors, musciscian heals creative problem solvers cn function, fortunately alot of work done with biofeedback technologies can assist this. I actually can resonate with the biofeedback machines and memorize the harmonics, so if I can I can teach that to others..
