Energy's power Blackout in Brazil

I don't know if you saw that Brazil and Uruguay had a energy power outage yesterday night. This affected 18 states as they know for now. So a Brazilian minister said an atmospheric change could be the cause of this blackout. Could this be a caused by Nibiru or Solar flares? what do u think?

    I´ve been wondering a lot about this, especially because Venezuela has been facing heavy power failure from many weeks ago (Venezuela produces lot of electricity not only for itself but provides also to other countries.)
    Then Ecuador started to experience the same situation some days ago, and now Brazil is having problems too??? (These three countries are located very close from each other)
    I don´t know, but all of this sounds kind of wierd to me...
