Even the description here is scientifically impossible. Water vapor can NOT cause earthquakes and neither can magnetic anomalies in the atmosphere.
And, how did he suppose that water vapor would distrub magnetic fields in the first place? Water is NOT a magnetic substance unless it's frozen solid in crystalline form.
