    FYI: Paul Hellyer is a former (1963) Minister of Defense in Canada and currently serves on the largely symbolic Privy Council of Canada. His information is very limited and primarily based on second hand sources.

        Well that is what is awesome about him "coming out" in support of disclosure - it created quite a stir in the Canadian media and led some to look into exopolitics more, which is awesome :)
