In a speech before the European Parliament discussing the consequences of the Brexit vote, the President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, made the stunning comment that he had spoken about it to “leaders of other planets.” Juncker’s comment suggests that world leaders are in communication with extraterrestrials, which closely monitor global events and assess their geopolitical and ‘exopolitical’ impact.
Juncker’s speech was given on June 28 at an emergency meeting in Brussels by the European Parliament. Here is what he said in French along with the English translation:
“Il faut savoir que ceux qui nous observent de loin sont très inquiets. J’ai vu et entendu et écouté plusieurs des dirigeants d’autres planètes qui sont très inquiets puisqu’ils s’interrogent sur la voie que l’union européenne va poursuivre. Et donc, if faut rassurer, et les européens, et ceux qui nous observent de plus… loin.”
“It should be known that those who observe us from afar are very worried. I met and heard and listened to several of the leaders from other planets who are very concerned because they question the path the European Union will engage on. And so, a soothing is needed for both the Europeans and those who observe us from … farther away.”
The official transcript released by the European Commission has been edited to remove the reference to “leaders from other planets”. The transcript now reads:
J’ai vu et entendu et écouté plusieurs des dirigeants. Ils sont très inquiets ….
“I saw and heard and listened to several executives. They are very worried …”
Yet, when one listens to an audio loop of what Junker’s actually said, he very clearly includes the phrase “dirigeants d’autres planets,” which translates as “leaders of other planets,” as pointed out by native French speakers discussing Junckers speech, and also by Google Translate.
There has been clearly an official attempt to cover up Juncker’s admission to having spoken to “leaders of other planets,” and making it appear as though he was instead referring to “executives” concerned about Brexit. So what did Juncker have in mind when he said he spoke with “leaders of other planets”?

Friend Panacea 13......I agree with you on this...Most people are baffling and especially those who ask for proof of ET interaction with humans and then dismiss the contacts, whoever they may be, as insane...
Juncker actually speaks the truth and was compelled to speak it, at a very important emergency session of the EU Parliament, in Brussels, which was discussing Brexit...
Members here will howl me down, for saying it...BUT I know what happened and why...The important why...Brexit is important to me, as everyone on the site must know....It is also important to humanity and the GFL back it, as it leads to LIGHTED GOVERNANCE, globally..GESARA.
I will say that this warning to Juncker did not take place in a military bunker, in the overrated style of Hollywood, but in his private quarters.....At his holiday home and within the chambers of his normal residence...twice. He does have private security, which was efficiently placed in a stasis beam and rendered frozen...So stunned and completely unharmed.
Three delegates met him, from the GFL Main Federation Council, which is based upon planet Deron, of the Vega star system...One of the delegates was Sirian and is known to me and is of the Shiratar clan of administrators...Lady Kalestra...The other names do not matter here, but one was Arcturian and the other Andromedan.
Juncker's words in the official transcript were later modified, as you say, as part of an attempt to cover-up. Yet the cat got out the bag, as they say...He had to tell this truth, in public....
It relates to the post-Brexit scenario proposed by the federalists within the EU, who are pushing for a super-state with military forces....These military forces would be used to cause tensions in the Ukraine, which would lead to war with Russia....That is something of particular concern and worry to the GFL....
People on this website have been told by us, repeatedly, that ETs are interested in Human political affairs and are not lofty, above us, disinterested and aloof...The GFL is here to midwife a planetary birth to higher advancement and will not let humanity down....That means getting our hands dirty...politically and in all spheres.
I was reluctant to spit this out, as recently I have noted a great aversion to the factual notion that ETs are real and engaged in political matters, for Lighted purposes.
I will also say that Malcolm's image of an abduction, with reptoid and grey ET participants, only places Juncker in a victim role....The liason was not an abduction and it would be wrong to warp Juncker's pronouncements into one..It was a respectful face to face meeting, between heads of different political administrations..one cosmic, the other terrestrial.

He spoke in the Brussels European Parliament, on June 28th and it was an emergency session about Brexit........You will also note that Farage, on his left, was not particularly surprised by what he said and normally would pull faces to Juncker and others, he does not agree with....
Of course, the GFL is fully engaged with global and cosmic politics...Juncker is stating things as they truly are, and the veil has slipped from the norm...
Suffice to say that his Euro-super state is not considered to be a force for good, by "those from afar."
Note that neither Russia, China, Australia, or America have ever stated negative worries, or concerns about the EU.......SOoooooo...!!! Think about it...Who could he mean then..??? ;-)
