EVER HAD A DREAM IN SLOW MOTION?

The other night was very different when I was dreaming. I can only describe it as like slow motion and I would wake up almost exactly every hour. I waited to long to talk about it so now I have forgotten it. I heard this is how we are given instructions from the other side, is this true?

    Yeah that happens sometimes for me.

    Sometimes I also get dreams within dreams - I got one the other night.
